to individuals with a range of mild to severe and profound developmental
disabilities, as well as substance abuse and mental health issues.

Matchbox Health Services has a qualified team of professionals with over
30 years of experience in mental health, Intellectual Developmental
Disabilities and Substance Abuse.

Our staff consist of Licensed Clinical Addiction Speacialist (LCAS),
Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Qualified Professionals,
Registered Nurse, and Habilitative Technician.
